Customer Bill of Rights...
The owner and employees of Paramount Construction, Inc. would like to take this opportunity to clearly state the principles and ideals which guide all of us at Paramount Construction in our relationships with our customers.
We feel this unusual step is necessary because in this day and age, we too often find ourselves frequently dissatisfied with the way we are treated as individuals, where customer service can take a back seat to indifference. Disinterest, bad service, late deliveries and just plain bad manners are all too common occurrences.
We cannot tell others how to run their businesses (except by not buying from them), but we can run Paramount Construction as we feel a business should be run. We expect to be held to account so that the satisfaction of our clients should never come into question. Therefore, the following is a list we consider to be the inalienable rights of our customers.
1. As our customer, you are entitled to be treated with friendliness, honesty, courtesy and respect.
2. As our customer, you are entitled to full value for your money. When you purchase our services you should feel assured that it was a good buy, and at a fair price.
3. As our customer, you are entitled to be proud of your new home, addition or renovation and to know that your complete satisfaction is our main concern before, during and after the project.
4. As our customer, you are entitled to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable answers to your questions. Our goal is to provide all the professional advice and help we can give you in designing, building and servicing your new home, addition or renovation.
5. As our customer, you are entitled to the privilege of being an individual and of dealing with individuals. When there are questions about your project, you are entitled to speak with the appropriate contact so the question can be resolved immediately and in the most mutually satisfactory manner possible. As our valued client, we wish to be accessible to you and welcome all of your concerns as they have a large impact on our relationship.
6. As our client, you are entitled to be treated exactly as we would want to be treated when we are someone's client.
