Here’ a new home plan we’re working on and we’ll release shortly to the public. The plan is designed for an 8,300 square foot flat lot in the Bannockburn/Merrimac Park area. The schools are Walt Whitman HS/Pyle MS and Bannockburn ES.

We are planning a 3,050 square feet on three floors new home with a two car garage. As you can see from the video tour below, there is an optional first floor bedroom and an optional elevator.
