Rob Maggin - President

Robert A. Maggin is the founder and President of Paramount Construction, Inc. and has been in the building and real estate development business for over 20 years. Rob has also been a general partner in several real estate partnerships on the East Coast, developing & managing residential and commercial properties. He has earned a finance degree from the University of Maryland, a Masters degree in Commercial Real Estate Development and a Masters in Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University. Rob has built hundreds of custom homes and major residential renovation projects in the Washington, D.C. Metro area. Rob provides asset and property management services to his portfolio of residential and commercial properties and offers management to outside parties as well. The asset management services involve leasing, repositioning of assets, financing, and property management services.

Kevin Davis - Project Architect

Kevin Davis, a registered architect with over 20 years experience and a key member of the Paramount team, is recognized as one of the leading architects in the D.C. area. He has completed many multi-million dollar luxury custom home projects, as well as large additions and major renovations to homes and residences in the District of Columbia, Montgomery County, Maryland and Northern Virginia. With a Portfolio of over 60 high-end custom luxury homes, Kevin is well versed in new and existing home design as well as multi-family and commercial planning and local building code and zoning requirements. Paramount Construction has won many prestigious design awards with Kevin's creations. Additionally, Kevin has won an AIA Multi-Family Design Award and a CNU Design Award.. He holds a degree in Architecture from Andrews University. Kevin believes in working closely with the client to create the home they envision, and considers the design process a collaboration between the architect and the client.

Paul Maxfield - Senior Project Manager

Paul Maxfield brings more than 25 years of progressive work and responsibilities in the residential building community. Paul is a master craftsman and truly an expert in delivering a home of the highest quality. His experience includes building several hundred homes through out the Maryland area. Paul was a Senior Project Manager responsible for the land development, construction and sales and marketing at prior positions with regional home builders in the area. At Paramount, Paul's involvement from the Planning and Scheduling, through the construction to the Customer Service and Warranty phase of every project, reflects his team approach to providing continuous improvement and growth for the staff while providing a top quality product for our customers.

Grant Saulsbury - Controller

Grant is a CPA and has earned an MBA. Grant has over 12 years as an officer in corporate and banking environments. Grant has significant accounting experience managing multiple real estate LLCs. He has been instrumental in developing the internal controls and accounting procedures necessary for the growth of the company. Grant also has experience as a Financial Officer for a two billion dollar real estate Building Investment Trust Fund.
